Usually we will decline to accept a registration if:-

1) The username or email address is of a potentially controversial nature. ie, contains profanity or some other phrase likely to upset or is simply in bad taste.
2) The registration email bounced. - Please make sure your email address is correct!
3) The registration originates from a known spam source.
4) There is a web site advertised in the profile.
5) If the registration email is from a .ru extension.
6) The username contains keywords like "Codeine" or some such variant.
